Only artwork of penises will be accepted.
No actual penises, things that happen to look like a penis or anything else that isn’t penis art. Drawings, sculptures, scans and photographs of creations are accepted.

No Copyrighted Material
You must have the right to allow us to distribute the content you submit. This means you either own it or have permission to distribute it freely.

Nothing Illegal
Let’s keep it legal, folks. If you’re not sure if you should send it in, don’t.

Agreement
You understand and agree that by clicking “Send Email” you grant to postapenis.com a non-exclusive right and license to encode, digitize and store the Property; perform, display, copy, transmit, publish and broadcast the Property in any form; publicize, advertise and promote the Property; place advertising before, during and after the display of the Property; use the name of you and/or any person rendering services in connection with the Property, in connection with the promotion and advertising of the Property or its related rights. However, you understand and agree that postapenis.com is under no obligation to display, reproduce, or distribute the Property and may remove the Property from postapenis.com at anytime without notice.
